I have worked with many families over the years, each one being unique and special in their own way. Every family has different needs, ideas, and philosophies when it comes to their children. There are so many decisions to be made in just the first few months of a child’s life: cloth diapers vs. disposable, Breast milk vs. formula, pacifier or no pacifier? Vaccinations options and the list goes on. I believe in educating parents with a broad range of information and allowing them to make their own decisions.
As a Postpartum Doula I am there to educate, support, and guide parents through this beautiful time in their lives, while making the transition with their new addition as easy, educational and fun as possible. My service will allow parents to make informed decisions about their newborn and anything relating to the postpartum phase. My hope is to leave parents feeling confident and able to take care of their newborns on their own.
